We can't afford a full-time Quality Manager so Labtopia serves as our Quality Manager. They come on site monthly to maintain our quality system and perform all of our quality related activities such as handling non-conformances, customer feedback, updating procedures, performing our internal audit, and conducting our management review. They make it so easy! It saves our staff so much time, saves us money by not having to employ a full-time Quality Manager and it keeps us in compliance and operating safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
