- 20 years of experience gained in the Financial Sector and in Recruitment in the Oil & Gas Sector.
- Recent experience in Executive Search and full desk recruitment in a vast range of disciplines for the whole business, including corporate and manufacturing plant.
- Successfully hired for all requisitions raised on the 2014 demand plan.
- Recruited all roles from plant operators, QC technicians, HR personnel, project managers, buyers, product engineers and materials engineers.
- Identified, sourced and engaged all passive Director level candidate roles such as HSEQ Director, Global Director Business Development, Materials Manager, QA Manager.
- Defined the recruitment process and rewrote SOP for recruitment. SOP was subsequently published.
- Identified suitable ATS and set up database to capture candidate activity electronically for HR personnel.
- Working closely with the hiring managers to ascertain exact requirements according to the approved demand plan and budget.
- Possessing a high degree of commercial flair and acumen with excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salary Requirements $70k to $80k.
