The staff at Labtopia, Inc. is excited to congratulate our account managers, Greg Berry and Shanalee Sharboneau on their newest certifications. Last month, Greg and Shanalee participated in the NAPS (National Association of Personnel Services) certification program and were awarded the CTS (Certified Temp-Staffing Specialist) and CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) credentials, respectively. What does this mean for you? CPC and CTS training ensures our recruiters are up to date on all federal laws, regulations, ethical principles and professional standards in the recruiting industry. Continuing education is a requirement to maintain these credentials, so you can be assured that our account managers are up to date and knowledgeable.
Exciting New Training Opportunity
In less than two weeks, we will offer for the first time the introductory ISO class we developed just for you! Don't forget to register for ISO For Everyone, the brand new seminar developed in response to our client input. ISO For Everyone has a much broader scope than our standard ISO 9001/17025 Internal Auditor Training Class; it aims to impart the meaning and importance of the ISO 9001 designation to all levels of personnel. It presents an overview of the standard so that participants gain an understanding of how ISO 9001 provides a business management system framework and drives continual improvement within an organization. ISO for Everyone is a great introductory course for Executives, Management Reps, Quality Personnel and is a lead-in for Internal Auditors attending the ISO 9001/17025 Internal Auditor Training Class. The inaugural class will be held April 15th and taught by one of our co-founders, Gretchen McAuliffe.
In addition to ISO For Everyone, we will also be offering two of our other very popular quality classes in April: the ISO 9001/17025 Internal Auditor Training class on April 16th-17th and the Introduction to Root Cause Analysis and Corrective and Preventive Action class on April 30th. Participants in the ISO 9001/17025 Internal Auditor Training Class have the option of adding a 2-3 hour mock audit added to the training course for a additional fee. In addition, make sure you are fully prepared for your next registrar audit by scheduling a Labtopia quality professional to come conduct your independent, internal audit.
